Dr. Kevin L. Bukatman, Founder & President of College Planning Service America, has been a consultant for families of college-bound families since 2006. He has presented hundreds of seminars and workshops on a variety of admissions and financial aid topics at high schools and libraries across America. He is a featured presenter and judge for the Future Business Leaders of America and has helped thousands of families successfully navigate the complex college application and financial aid process.

Kevin holds a master’s degree and doctorate degree in special education from Boston College. His patient and compassionate demeanor makes him a favorite with both parents and students, and his off-the-wall sense of humor makes this process much less stressful.

His daughter Allison graduated from SUNY Oneonta in 2013 and has a successful career in fashion and media. So, he has first hand knowledge of the entire college labyrinth and how to make it work successfully for you.
