Michael Asher is an experienced professional in the life sciences industry. He brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, and project management as both client and consultant. As a client, Michael held several roles within GSK. As a consultant, he has been a project manager at architecture and engineering firms of various sizes. This experience gave him a unique viewpoint that allowed him appreciate the needs, motivations, and challenges of project stakeholders on both sides of a project. Because of this, a key goal on any of his projects is developing positive team dynamics. He found it ensures high-quality, rewarding outcomes for all involved, and likes to share this insight with others. Michael lives in Philadelphia with his wife and their two rescue cats. He is also an avid runner, and since 2013 has never run fewer than 1,000 miles in a year!
