Paul Falding recently joined CBRE as their Commercial Lead of Global Workplace Solutions. Previously, Paul was Head of Project Controls for IPS in the UK. Over the last 15 years, Paul has worked in the Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential business sectors. This includes international work in the USA, the UK, and Russia. Paul's experience lets him combine cost, schedule, risk, opportunities, and KPI reporting into a holistic view, so his clients can better control the performance of their programs.
