Lisa Conway is VP of Global Market Sustainability for Interface flooring. She and her team are responsible for bringing the company’s mission to life: "Climate Take Back". They provide educational programming around embodied carbon in the building industry, so their clients better understand of the impact of carbon on human health.

To further her passion for creating a more sustainable world, Lisa co-founded the materials Carbon Action Network (materialsCAN). Here she continues to raise awareness of the direct connection between sustainability and health. Lisa Conway also sits on the Sustainable Advisory Board for Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. In 2015, she was honored to be named into “CoreNet’s 36 Under 36”.
